BEYOND THE GATES – FULL LINE-UP ANNOUNCEMENT // DAY TICKET AND WEEKEND PASSES ON SALE NOW
This is it: The Beyond the Gates 2024 line-up done and dusted and we couldn’t be more satisfied.
Today we’ve added another nine names to the already stacked program: The True Mayhem will bring their highly anticipated 40 years anniversary show to the opening day of the festival.
Our brothers in Enslaved, will keep up the now well established Grieghallen tradition with performing an album recorded in the revered Grieghallen studio. This time you'll get a new re-imagination of their iconic breakthrough album, ‘Frost’.
The Italian cult phenomenon, Death SS will play their first show in Norway ever. Yes, you read that right Steve Sylvester will bring his theatrical heavy metal show to Bergen and Beyond the Gates. Yay!
Our friends in Whoredom Rife and Vemod will both launch new albums next year, so we of course had to invite them back.
Add to that the US black metal favorites, Black Anvil, Polish owls woods graves - featuring members of Mgla, German black heavy metal outfit, Attic and Norwegian newcomers, SYN.
We feel confident that we have something to knock most of you sideways.
Over the past few days we have announced a spectacular all-star tribute to Quorthon and the music of Bathory, and a Satyricon residency in Grieghallen, where the band will perform two unique sets with no repeats.
